Guest shoutouts on the video wall — you decide what goes up

The room already has phones. You already have a screen. DJIVE is the interactive video wall that connects them on VirtualDJ without putting a website on the wall. Guests join the venue Wi-Fi, scan, and send. You approve from the booth.

How a post gets on the wall

1. QR on the overlay Join the free venue Wi-Fi, then scan. Short lines fade through shoutouts, requests, photos, votes, and tips.
2. They send from the phone Live, Message the DJ, Tip the DJ. No app store. Name plus a short line, a track from your library, or a photo. On Pro you can put a photo and words behind that page from Settings, Brand.
3. You approve Native moderator in VirtualDJ, or a browser page on a laptop. Approve & show, refuse, or block that phone.
4. Highlight, then chat The post is huge first. If a card is already up, it waits its turn. Then it flies into its own row in the stack. Venue and DJ posts jump to next.

The URL stays off the screens

People on the street cannot open your guest wall. They have to be on the venue Wi-Fi and scan. That keeps random traffic out and keeps the TV looking like a show, not a website.

A manager can still post venue notices. They use a small Venue login on the phone and tonight’s 5-digit PIN from under the booth usage bar. Notices jump to next on the big card. The PIN is not on the QR.

Requests from your crates

This is not an “anything goes” box. Guests search the library VirtualDJ has loaded — this PC and any plugged-in VirtualDJ drive. Remixes of the same track stack so you see the count. Mark Played or Refuse without wiping the list.
