DJIVE / Refunds
Refunds and cancellation
All sales are final, except where the law requires otherwise. Please read the plan before you pay.
1. All sales are final
Purchases on DJIVE are final. That includes subscriptions, paid plans, upgrades, add-ons, and other digital products or services. They are not refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
Check you have the right plan, and look through what it includes, before you pay.
2. Subscriptions and recurring payments
A subscription is billed monthly, or for the period you chose at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time. That stops the next payment.
- Unless we say otherwise, access stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancelling does not refund the time left, unused features, or payments already taken.
3. Free plans and trials
Where there is a free plan or a trial, use it to try the features and check it works for you before you buy.
Any trial terms, including the date a paid subscription starts, are shown when you sign up or check out.
4. Technical issues and compatibility
You need to check that your equipment, operating system, and software meet the requirements DJIVE has published before you buy.
If something goes wrong, contact support and we will make a reasonable effort to help. A technical problem, a compatibility problem, or not being able to use a particular feature does not by itself mean a refund.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
5. The wrong purchase, or time you did not use
We do not ordinarily refund:
- An accidental purchase
- Choosing the wrong subscription
- Changing your mind
- Not using the service
- Time left on a subscription
Check the order before you pay.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
Where the law requires a refund, a cancellation right, or another remedy, DJIVE will follow that law.
7. Contact
